The Rastriya rachnatmak karya samiti was founded on 15th September 1961 as the dream of Mr. Kashinathrao Belure, who fought for the liberation of Karnataka from Hyderabad and was one of the great lovers of education and Kannada language. A National Structural Work Committee was formed with 25 members including Shri late Gopalarao Mudabi of as the inaugural president of this organization. Currently, Praful Pande S/o late Ramesh Kumar Pande as the president and Sharanbasappa Deshmukh as the secretary are trying for the educational development of children.

Amareshwar Arts and Commerce, Degree College an educational institution affiliated to the Rastriya Rachnatmak Karya samiti, was started in 1979. Aurad taluk is located on the northern border of Karnataka state. In its eastern and northeastern directions are Narayankhed and Bodhan taluks of Telangana.

Degalur and Udgir taluks of Maharashtra are located in North West and West directions. It is bordered by Bhalki and Bidar taluks in south-west and south directions. It is the largest taluk in Bidar district and consists of 149 villages.
